TEAM GUIDE - NURSERY/PRESCHOOL/ELEMENTARY
As the Team Lead for the Nursery Team, you will have the special opportunity to minister to God's little ones, providing a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for children aged 3 months to 24 months. Your role will involve supervising and caring for infants and young children during church services, ensuring their well-being while their parents attend the service. By creating a warm and engaging atmosphere, you will help children feel comfortable and teach them about our heavenly Father's love.

Key Responsibilities
Host a team huddle.
Assist in setting up Kids check in stations.
Assist in setting up kids signage.
Pre-Service Preparation: Arrive on time, check-in, and attend the Dream Team Rally to celebrate wins, hear the vision, and pray before serving. Attend team huddles to discuss service details and objectives. Maintain a clean and organized nursery, ensuring that toys and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Ensure that all necessary supplies, such as diapers, wipes, and toys, are available. Place any non-toy supplies out of the reach of children to ensure their safety. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required to enhance your skills and stay updated on procedures.
Service Execution: During church services, supervise and care for the children in the nursery. Provide nurturing and age-appropriate activities, playtime, feeding, and diaper changes. Collaborate with other nursery team members to ensure that all service needs are met, and children are attended to with love and care. Check in each child and ensure that both the child and their parent have corresponding name tags for security purposes. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, promptly reporting any hazards or concerns to appropriate staff members.
Post-Service Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's well-being as needed. Follow the check-out process, matching each child to their corresponding parent's name tag to ensure a safe and accurate return of children to their guardians. Additionally, check the nursery area for debris, personal items, and cleanliness, ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained.

Requirements
Genuine love for children and a desire to minister to them.
Experience in childcare or working with infants and toddlers is preferred.
Reliable and punctual attendance at the Dream Team Rally and team huddles.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively.
Knowledge of basic child care practices, including feeding, diaper changing, and age-appropriate activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with other nursery team members to provide consistent and loving care.
Adherence to safety policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of the children.
Attention to detail to match children with their corresponding parent's name tags during check-out.

TEAM LEAD - KIDS CHECK-IN
As the Team Lead for the Kids Check-In Team at Modern Church, you have a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our children. You lead a team of friendly and organized individuals who assist in checking children into their designated classrooms before our church services. Your leadership and attention to detail contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for parents and children, where they feel comfortable entrusting their kids to our care.

Setup and Preparation: Before each service, you ensure the check-in station is properly set up. You coordinate with team members to organize the necessary supplies, including name tags, registration forms, and corresponding tags for parents or legal guardians. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate and efficient check-ins.
Customer Service: As the Team Lead, you set the example of providing friendly and excellent customer service. You greet parents and children with a warm smile, engage in conversation, and assist them in registering their children for the correct classrooms. You ensure that all necessary information is collected and accurately recorded.
Safety and Accountability: You prioritize the safety and well-being of the children. You ensure that name tags are provided for each child and properly placed. You provide corresponding tags for parents or legal guardians to ensure proper identification and check-out processes. You escort children to their designated classrooms and introduce them to their teachers, ensuring a smooth transition.
Team Support: You provide guidance, support, and encouragement to your team members. You ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in the check-in process. You foster a positive and welcoming team environment, where smiles and friendliness are emphasized.
Maintenance and Cleanliness: During the service, you maintain the cleanliness and organization of the check-in area. You ensure that supplies are readily available and assist team members in addressing any needs or issues. You check in with each classroom team member to ensure they have everything they need for a smooth check-out process.
Post-Service Cleanup: After the service, you oversee the teardown of the check-in supplies and their return to the designated case. You check the serve area for debris, personal items, and cleanliness, ensuring that it is always left better than you found it. You collaborate with team members to ensure a thorough cleanup.
