Key Responsibilities
Host a team huddle.
Preparation and Setup: Before each service, you ensure the designated table for coffee and tea service is properly set up. You coordinate with team members to brew coffee, prepare drinks and snacks according to instructions, and arrange them in an inviting manner. Attention to detail is important in maintaining the quality and presentation of the coffee table.
Customer Service: As the Team Lead, you lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. You greet and welcome church members with a friendly smile, engage in conversation, and offer coffee, drinks, and snacks as they approach the table. Your goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere and make each person feel valued and cared for.
Maintenance and Cleanliness: Throughout the service, you ensure the coffee table area remains clean and organized. You monitor the supplies of coffee, drinks, and snacks and promptly notify team members when additional supplies are needed. Attention to cleanliness and presentation is essential to create a pleasant environment for our congregation.
Team Support: You provide guidance, support, and encouragement to team members. You ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities, and you foster a positive and cohesive team environment. Your leadership inspires the team to go above and beyond in their service.
Post-Service Cleanup: After the service, you oversee the cleanup of the coffee table area. You check the serve area for debris, personal items, and cleanliness, ensuring that it is always left better than you found it. You ensure that all coffee and tea supplies are properly stored, maintaining inventory control and organization.

As the Prayer Team Lead you will provide guidance for your team and coach them on how to execute prayer for those seeking it at the end our our service. Service Prayer Teams intercede on behalf of those in attendance at our campus. This team is also dedicated to praying for our church, our weekend services, our church’s needs and our senior pastors.

Organize and coordinate the team's activities before, during, and after church services.
Ensure the team is prepared and equipped with necessary resources for effective prayer ministry.

Pray for the congregation during services, interceding for their spiritual needs and the needs of the community and the world.
Provide personal prayer support to individuals after services, offering a compassionate and supportive presence
Listen attentively to individuals seeking prayer, maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy.
Encourage and empower people through prayer, helping them draw closer to God
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for those seeking prayer, fostering a sense of comfort and trust.

Availability to attend Dream Team Rallies and other team-related meetings.

This team prepares a variety of coffees, and bottled beverages. Refilling and cleaning when necessary. They provide people with a welcoming atmosphere and a great social environment before every service.

Serve Overview
We are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to assist in serving coffee to members of our congregation before and after our church services. As a coffee table team member, you will provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members to enjoy a cup of coffee, drinks and snacks during their time at our church.
Team Needed
(1-2) depending on size of campus
Before Service
Arrive on time, check-in, and attend Dream Team Rally to celebrate wins, hear vision, and pray before our serve.
Set up a designated table for coffee and tea service before the start of the service.
Brew coffee and prepare drinks and snacks according to instructions.
Greet and welcome church members with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
Offer coffee, drinks and snacks to church members as they approach the table.
During Service
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee table area.
Monitor the coffee, drink and snack supplies and notify your team lead when additional supplies are needed.
After Service
Check your serve area for debris, personal items, and cleanliness to always “leave it better than we found it.”
Ensure that all coffee and tea supplies are stored properly after the service.

Serve Overview
We are a critical role within our church, responsible for supporting the spiritual needs of our congregation through prayer. As a member of the prayer team, we participate in prayer behind the scenes during church services, as well as provide in person prayer to individuals after services. Our role will be to encourage and empower people through prayer, to help them draw closer to God, and to provide a listening ear and supportive presence.
Team Needed

Before Service
Arrive on time, check-in, and attend Dream Team Rally to celebrate wins, hear vision, and pray before our serve.
Attend a team huddle.
Come filled up, having already prayed for the people who will be attending that Sunday.
Make sure the auditorium is stocked with prayer guides, tissues, mints/gum, etc.
During Service
Pray for the congregation during service. Somewhere behind the scenes, even quietly in the back of the auditorium.
Pray for the spiritual needs of our congregation, as well as the needs of the community and the world.
After Service
Provide personal prayer support to individuals after services.
Listen attentively to individuals seeking prayer support and offer compassionate support.
Make quick Holy Spirit lead prayers, this is not our time to preach, it’s our time to pray.
Encourage and empower people through prayer, helping them draw closer to God.
Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy when people share their concerns.
